Refund Policy

Effective May 7, 2026

vaken is a digital service delivered immediately on payment. We understand that’s not always how things go. Here’s when we refund.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

We do notrefund partial months. If you cancel two weeks into a billing period, you keep unlimited readings for the remaining two weeks; we don’t prorate.

Exception:if you signed up by accident, didn’t use any readings, and email us within 48 hours, we’ll issue a full refund.

Annual subscription

Annual subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as you have not yet used more than 10 readings on the plan.

After 14 days, or after using more than 10 readings, the annual fee is non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next year’s billing — you keep access until the year is up.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email oracle@lifefinetuning.com from the address you signed up with. Tell us:

  • Whether you want to cancel only, or cancel and request a refund.
  • One sentence about why (so we can improve).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please email us first. We almost always issue a refund quickly when the request is reasonable. Chargebacks should be a last resort — they’re slow for everyone and they damage our processing relationship.

Free tier and one-time readings

Free-tier readings (the daily quota) are not paid, so refunds don’t apply.
